We love helping non-profits and churches raise money! We will create and build a game to your theme! As the church or non-profit, it is your responsibility to promote your fundraising event.
You will need to give us a contact person to make sure that we get the prizes (donated by our sponsors) to them so that they can distribute these prizes at the game end.
Everything works the same with the exception of the fact that we split the proceeds (from players signing up to play) with you after we pay for our data costs. We will not know the data costs until we have a good idea how many players will be signed up. Sign ups will stop one week before your event in order for us to prepare.
Your fundraising event can be 30 people or 1,000 people! That is totally up to you!
The reason that we have players sign up on our website is because we have to make sure that no one has access to the secret code (to begin the game) who has not paid. Our website keeps a record of all legitimate players, so that allows fairness to those who have paid.
